Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Support Engineer to join our partner organization in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting software issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth operation of business applications.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for software applications and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
Assist in software installation, configuration, and upgrades
Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures
Collaborate with development and IT teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
Test software fixes and updates to ensure functionality
Maintain a high level of customer service in responding to user requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software support, helpdesk, or technical support roles
Basic understanding of software applications and operating systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Experience with SaaS applications or enterprise software support
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
