Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Infrastructure Service Analyst to support infrastructure operations and service delivery. In this role, you will monitor systems, manage service requests, and ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor IT infrastructure systems and services
Manage service requests and incident resolution
Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system performance
Maintain documentation of infrastructure processes
Support system updates, patches, and maintenance
Ensure compliance with IT policies and service standards
Track service performance metrics and generate reports
Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure improvements
Support continuous service optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, support, or service roles
Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and operations
Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Nagios)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Understanding of ITIL processes
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA (preferred)
