Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Infrastructure Service Operations Analyst to monitor and support infrastructure services. In this role, you will ensure system availability, manage incidents, and optimize operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor IT infrastructure and service performance
Manage incidents and service requests
Analyze system metrics and identify improvements
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams
Maintain documentation of operational processes
Ensure compliance with IT service management standards
Support monitoring tools and alert systems
Track service performance metrics and generate reports
Assist in capacity planning and optimization
Improve service operations workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or service management roles
Basic understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage)
Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, or Nagios
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of ITIL processes
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA
