Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to support IT infrastructure service operations. In this role, you will assist with system maintenance, technical troubleshooting, infrastructure monitoring, service requests, and operational support to ensure stable and secure enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support enterprise IT infrastructure systems, networks, and services

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Respond to service desk tickets and technical support requests

Assist with server, workstation, and network device maintenance

Support infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and system configurations

Maintain technical documentation and service records

Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams

Track service performance metrics and incident reports

Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies

Support continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability and service quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field

1–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure services, technical operations, or service desk roles

Basic understanding of enterprise systems, networking, and infrastructure components

Familiarity with operating systems, service management tools, and troubleshooting methodologies

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced technical environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, or infrastructure monitoring tools

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards

Understanding of networking protocols, server support, and endpoint management

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications
