Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support IT infrastructure operations and service reliability. In this role, you will monitor systems, manage incidents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor infrastructure systems and performance
Manage incidents and service requests
Analyze system metrics and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams
Maintain documentation of operational processes
Ensure compliance with IT service management standards
Support monitoring tools and alert systems
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Assist in capacity planning and optimization
Improve infrastructure operations workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or service management roles
Basic understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage)
Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, or Nagios
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of ITIL processes
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA
