Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically driven professional to support application monitoring and operational support initiatives. In this role, you will monitor enterprise applications, analyze system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and assist in maintaining reliable business-critical software environments.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor enterprise applications, system performance, and service availability

Identify and respond to application alerts, incidents, and performance issues

Troubleshoot software, integration, and operational support concerns

Assist with incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution

Maintain application monitoring dashboards and performance documentation

Collaborate with development, DevOps, IT support, and infrastructure teams

Track system health metrics and generate operational reports

Support deployment validations and post-release monitoring

Ensure compliance with service management and operational governance standards

Contribute to continuous improvement of application reliability and support workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

1–3 years of experience in application support, IT monitoring, technical operations, or service desk roles

Basic understanding of software systems, application architecture, and monitoring processes

Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and incident management

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or similar platforms

Familiarity with cloud environments, DevOps practices, or release monitoring

Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integrations

Understanding of ITIL, service management, or enterprise governance frameworks

Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or cloud platform credentials
