Job Title: Neonatal Nurse (RN)

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nurse (RN) to join our partner organization. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to newborns in the NICU, monitor their health, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment. This position is ideal for registered nurses with experience in neonatal or pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and monitor newborns’ vital signs and overall condition in the NICU
Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed
Assist physicians in neonatal procedures and interventions
Document patient care, assessments, and treatment plans accurately
Educate parents and families on neonatal care and development
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate neonatal care
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital policies
Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
1–3 years of experience in neonatal, pediatric, or critical care nursing
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and patient care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations
Preferred Qualifications
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Experience in NICU or pediatric critical care units
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients efficiently
