Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Data Assistant to support clinical trials and research studies by managing and maintaining accurate data. In this role, you will work closely with research teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, enter, and maintain clinical research data accurately
Verify data for completeness and consistency
Assist in managing clinical trial documentation and records
Ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory guidelines
Support data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
Collaborate with research coordinators and investigators
Maintain databases and electronic data capture (EDC) systems
Prepare reports and summaries of research data
Assist during audits and regulatory inspections
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive patient data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
1–3 years of experience in clinical research, data management, or healthcare
Basic understanding of clinical trials and research processes
Familiarity with data entry and database management
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata, REDCap)
Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines
Familiarity with medical terminology and research documentation
Experience in data validation and quality assurance
Strong organizational and reporting skills
