Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to support surgical care and patient assistance activities. In this role, you will help prepare surgical environments, assist healthcare teams, and ensure safe and efficient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
Support surgical teams during procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of operating areas
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Assist in patient transport and positioning
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff
Support overall surgical operations
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field
0–2 years of experience in surgical support or healthcare roles
Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in clinical environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in operating rooms or surgical units
Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Certification in surgical technology (preferred)
Understanding of healthcare compliance standards
