Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Utility Developer to build and maintain internal utilities and support development workflows. In this role, you will create tools, automate processes, and improve software efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain internal utilities and tools
Assist in automating repetitive development tasks
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams
Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues
Maintain documentation of utilities and workflows
Support integration of tools into development processes
Ensure code quality and performance optimization
Track tool performance and usage
Improve development efficiency through automation
Ensure compliance with coding standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software development or IT roles
Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
Basic understanding of APIs and system integration
Familiarity with development tools and workflows
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with version control systems (Git)
