Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Supply Logistics Analyst to manage and optimize supply chain operations in a healthcare setting. In this role, you will analyze logistics data, track supply movement, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze logistics and supply chain data
Monitor inventory levels and distribution processes
Optimize supply chain workflows and efficiency
Collaborate with procurement and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with logistics and healthcare standards
Support demand forecasting and planning
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare operations roles
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare supply chain roles
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of procurement and vendor management
Understanding of logistics and distribution workflows
