Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Surgical Recovery Technician to assist in post-operative patient care. In this role, you will support recovery processes, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a safe and comfortable recovery environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in post-surgical patient care and recovery
Monitor patient vitals and report changes
Support patient mobility and comfort
Prepare and maintain recovery areas and equipment
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards
Assist in patient transport and discharge processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of recovery areas
Support overall recovery operations

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field
0–2 years of experience in surgical recovery or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of post-operative care practices
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in clinical environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in post-anesthesia care units (PACU) or recovery rooms
Familiarity with patient monitoring equipment
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Certification in patient care or surgical support (preferred)
Understanding of healthcare compliance standards
