Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Load Analyst to monitor system performance and analyze workload distribution. In this role, you will evaluate system capacity, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor system load and performance metrics
Analyze workload distribution and system capacity
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams
Maintain documentation of performance analysis
Support performance testing and tuning activities
Ensure compliance with IT performance standards
Track system metrics and generate reports
Assist in capacity planning and forecasting
Optimize system efficiency and reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in system performance, monitoring, or IT operations roles
Basic understanding of system load and performance metrics
Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with performance tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Prometheus)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of load testing and performance tuning
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or similar
