Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Performance Analyst to monitor and enhance system performance. In this role, you will analyze system metrics, identify performance bottlenecks, and support optimization of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor system performance metrics and analyze trends
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues
Optimize system efficiency and resource utilization
Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance
Maintain performance reports and documentation
Support system testing and performance tuning activities
Assist in capacity planning and forecasting
Ensure compliance with IT standards and policies
Recommend improvements for system reliability and scalability
Support continuous monitoring and optimization processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT systems analysis or performance roles
Strong understanding of system performance monitoring tools
Knowledge of operating systems and infrastructure
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell)
Understanding of system architecture and scalability
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools
