Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Throughput Analyst to evaluate system performance and data processing efficiency. In this role, you will analyze throughput metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze system throughput and performance metrics
Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
Monitor system performance and capacity utilization
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams
Maintain documentation of performance analysis
Support load testing and throughput optimization
Ensure compliance with IT performance standards
Track system metrics and generate reports
Assist in capacity planning and forecasting
Improve system efficiency and reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in system performance, monitoring, or IT operations roles
Basic understanding of throughput and performance metrics
Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with performance tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Prometheus)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of load testing and performance tuning
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or similar
