Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Trial Enrollment Assistant to support patient recruitment and enrollment for clinical studies. In this role, you will assist in screening candidates, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with research protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in patient screening and enrollment for clinical trials
Maintain accurate records of participant data
Coordinate with research teams and healthcare providers
Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and regulations
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for participants
Maintain documentation and reporting for studies
Support informed consent processes
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Assist in monitoring participant progress
Improve enrollment and documentation workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical research or healthcare support roles
Basic understanding of clinical trial processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a research environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in clinical trials or research settings
Familiarity with clinical research systems and EHR
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (GCP, FDA)
Understanding of patient recruitment processes
Certification in clinical research (preferred)
