Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Software Integration Tester to join our partner organization in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for testing integrated software systems, identifying defects, and ensuring seamless interaction between different modules and applications. This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in software testing, quality assurance, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities
Execute integration and system-level test cases for software applications
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects
Validate data flow and interaction between different system components
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve issues
Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform regression and performance testing
Maintain detailed documentation of test results and reports
Ensure software meets functional and quality requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software testing, QA, or development (internships/projects count)
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
Knowledge of programming concepts and debugging techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestNG
Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
Understanding of automation testing and scripting
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB
