Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Release Analyst to support release management and deployment coordination. In this role, you will assist in planning releases, tracking versions, and ensuring smooth delivery of software updates.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating software releases
Track release schedules and version updates
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams
Monitor release activities and resolve issues
Maintain release documentation and logs
Support CI/CD pipeline processes
Ensure compliance with release standards and policies
Analyze release performance and metrics
Assist in environment preparation for releases
Improve release management workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in release management, IT support, or software roles
Basic understanding of software release and deployment processes
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of DevOps practices
Exposure to Agile methodologies
