About the Role:
Skill Gigs is currently hiring for a Medical Records Analyst on behalf of one of its clients. We are looking for someone who can manage, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of healthcare data while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Review and analyze patient medical records for accuracy and completeness
Ensure proper documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with healthcare staff for corrections
Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) systems
Support reporting and data management for clinical and administrative use

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field
1–3 years of experience in medical records or healthcare data roles
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems (ICD/CPT preferred)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality standards
