Skill Gigs is hiring a Systems Support Engineer for one of its clients to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of IT systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on system-level troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide support for servers, systems, and enterprise applications
Troubleshoot system-level issues and ensure quick resolution
Monitor system health, performance, and uptime
Assist in system installations, upgrades, and patches
Manage user access, permissions, and configurations
Maintain system documentation and operational logs
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in system support or engineering roles
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic networking
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and troubleshooting methods
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
