Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Service Operations Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day IT service activities. In this role, you will coordinate service requests, monitor operational performance, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. This position is ideal for individuals interested in IT service management, operations coordination, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IT service operations and manage service requests
Monitor system performance and ensure service availability
Track and manage incident and service tickets
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain documentation of processes, incidents, and resolutions
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Support change management and operational processes
Communicate updates and system status to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT operations, service management, or support roles
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and frameworks
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL practices
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools
Understanding of incident and change management processes
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
