Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist Assistant to join our partner organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists in preparing medications, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
Maintain accurate medication records and inventory
Verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
Support patient counseling under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage medication distribution
Assist in quality assurance and reporting activities
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
1–2 years of experience in pharmacy or clinical support roles (internships acceptable)
Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or equivalent
Familiarity with pharmacy management software and EHR systems
Experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting
