Your Role in Care Delivery:
Skill Gigs is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of its healthcare clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of patient care—ensuring comfort, safety, and effective treatment throughout the patient journey.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Deliver direct nursing care and monitor patient conditions

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans

Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery processes

Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols

What You Need:

Active RN license in Tennessee

1–3 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong patient care and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
