Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our partner organization in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will support and maintain IT infrastructure systems, monitor performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for professionals interested in infrastructure management, system monitoring, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
Support network performance monitoring and capacity planning
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system availability and reliability
Document operational procedures, incidents, and resolutions
Assist in implementing security measures and compliance standards
Participate in disaster recovery and backup processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
0–2 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or system administration
Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and operating systems
Understanding of monitoring tools and IT service management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Splunk, or similar)
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or cloud certifications
