Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Deployment Planner to support deployment planning and release coordination. In this role, you will assist in scheduling releases, managing environments, and ensuring smooth deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate software deployment schedules
Assist in release management and environment planning
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams
Track deployment progress and identify risks
Maintain documentation of deployment plans and processes
Ensure compliance with release and deployment standards
Support deployment automation and workflows
Monitor release performance and generate reports
Assist in rollback and contingency planning
Improve deployment planning processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software deployment, release management, or IT roles
Basic understanding of software deployment processes
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Good analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with Agile and release management practices
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to DevOps workflows
