Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Integration Support Engineer to assist in integrating software systems and ensuring smooth data flow between applications. In this role, you will support troubleshooting, system configuration, and integration processes across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in integrating software systems and APIs
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and system errors
Support data exchange and interoperability between applications
Collaborate with development and support teams
Maintain documentation of integration processes and workflows
Assist in testing and validating integration solutions
Support incident management and issue resolution
Ensure adherence to integration standards and best practices
Help configure and maintain integration environments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software support, integration, or development
Basic understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and data formats (JSON, XML)
Familiarity with programming or scripting (Java, Python, or similar)
Knowledge of databases (SQL basics)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with integration tools or middleware (MuleSoft, Apache Kafka)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of microservices architecture
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
