Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Physical Therapy Rehab Coordinator to manage rehabilitation schedules and patient care coordination. In this role, you will support therapy programs, track patient progress, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate physical therapy sessions and patient schedules
Collaborate with therapists and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation
Monitor patient progress and report updates
Assist in developing rehabilitation plans
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards
Support patient onboarding and follow-up processes
Manage communication between patients and care teams
Track therapy outcomes and generate reports
Improve rehabilitation coordination workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy, or related field
1–3 years of experience in rehabilitation, therapy coordination, or healthcare support roles
Basic understanding of physical therapy practices
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and patient support abilities
Ability to work in clinical environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in rehabilitation centers or therapy clinics
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of therapy equipment and techniques
Understanding of patient mobility and recovery processes
