Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Case Documentation Analyst to review and manage patient case documentation. In this role, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of clinical records.

Key Responsibilities

Review clinical case documentation for accuracy and completeness
Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards
Identify discrepancies and recommend corrections
Maintain documentation records and audit logs
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Track documentation metrics and generate reports
Assist in improving documentation workflows
Support case management processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in clinical documentation, case management, or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation standards
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in structured environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare documentation or audit roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA)
Understanding of medical coding and documentation standards
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
