Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Endpoint Security Specialist to join our partner organization in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will manage and protect endpoint devices, ensure security compliance, and respond to potential threats. This position is ideal for professionals interested in cybersecurity, IT protection, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, manage, and secure endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Deploy and configure endpoint protection tools and antivirus software
Respond to security incidents and assist in remediation of endpoint threats
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement security policies and standards
Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply patches or updates as required
Maintain documentation of security procedures, incidents, and compliance activities
Support endpoint audits, reporting, and risk assessments
Stay updated on emerging endpoint security threats, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
1–3 years of experience in endpoint security, IT support, or cybersecurity operations
Knowledge of endpoint protection platforms (EPP/EDR), antivirus, and patch management
Understanding of networking, operating systems, and security fundamentals
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud endpoint security solutions (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.)
Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar)
Familiarity with compliance standards (HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST)
Scripting knowledge for automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
Experience with incident response and threat mitigation for endpoints
