Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Intake Verification Specialist to support patient intake verification processes. In this role, you will review patient information, verify insurance details, and ensure accurate data entry for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Verify patient demographics and intake information
Confirm insurance coverage and eligibility
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Identify and resolve discrepancies in patient data
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
Support intake processing and patient coordination

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
0–2 years of experience in healthcare intake, verification, or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of patient intake and verification processes
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
