Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Endpoint Compliance Specialist to ensure endpoint devices meet security and compliance standards. In this role, you will monitor device compliance, enforce policies, and support secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor endpoint devices for compliance with security policies
Enforce endpoint security standards and configurations
Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
Maintain documentation of compliance processes
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Identify and remediate compliance gaps
Track compliance metrics and generate reports
Support endpoint security tools and platforms
Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies
Assist in improving endpoint compliance processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in endpoint management, IT security, or compliance roles
Basic understanding of endpoint security and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with device management tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Intune, SCCM, or Jamf
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of vulnerability and patch management
Relevant certifications such as Security+ or similar
