Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Access Analyst to support identity and access management (IAM) processes. In this role, you will manage user access, ensure compliance, and maintain secure system operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning
Conduct access reviews and audits
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
Maintain documentation of access control processes
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Monitor access logs and identify risks
Support IAM tools and systems
Track access-related metrics and generate reports
Assist in resolving access issues and incidents
Improve access management processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IAM, IT security, or support roles
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
Knowledge of authentication and authorization processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint)
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, or similar
