Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Infrastructure Alert Analyst to monitor system alerts and support infrastructure performance. In this role, you will analyze alerts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous system availability.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor infrastructure alerts and system notifications
Analyze alerts and identify root causes of issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems
Collaborate with IT and operations teams
Maintain monitoring tools and configurations
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Support incident management and escalation processes
Identify trends and recommend improvements
Ensure continuous monitoring and optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT monitoring, infrastructure, or operations roles
Basic understanding of system and network monitoring tools
Familiarity with operating systems and infrastructure concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios, Zabbix)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of incident management processes
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA
