Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Lifecycle Engineer to support software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. In this role, you will assist in managing development workflows, tracking releases, and ensuring smooth lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Support software lifecycle management processes (SDLC)
Track development, testing, and release activities
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams
Maintain documentation of lifecycle workflows
Monitor project progress and performance metrics
Assist in release coordination and version tracking
Ensure compliance with development standards and processes
Support CI/CD pipeline activities
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Improve workflow and lifecycle processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software development, SDLC, or IT roles
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle processes
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Exposure to DevOps practices
