Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Data Center Support Analyst to assist in managing data center infrastructure and operations. In this role, you will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of critical IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor data center systems and infrastructure performance
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
Support installation and maintenance of servers and equipment
Collaborate with IT and network teams
Maintain documentation of data center operations
Ensure compliance with IT and safety standards
Support backup and disaster recovery processes
Track system performance metrics and generate reports
Manage inventory of data center assets
Assist in improving operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in data center support, IT operations, or infrastructure roles
Basic understanding of server hardware and networking
Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Windows)
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in data center environments
Familiarity with virtualization technologies
Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure
Understanding of rack and cable management
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
