Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Equipment Logistics Specialist to oversee the movement, tracking, and distribution of medical equipment. In this role, you will ensure efficient logistics operations and support healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage logistics and distribution of medical equipment
Track equipment movement and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with procurement and healthcare teams
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Ensure compliance with safety and logistics standards
Maintain documentation of logistics processes
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Support equipment delivery and setup coordination
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Improve logistics workflows and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare operations roles
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Basic understanding of logistics and inventory processes
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications
