Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Intake Processing Analyst to manage patient intake data and ensure accurate documentation. In this role, you will review records, verify information, and support efficient healthcare intake workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Process and review clinical intake records
Verify patient information and documentation accuracy
Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR)
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards
Maintain logs and reporting of intake activities
Support patient onboarding processes
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Improve intake and data processing workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical intake, records processing, or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation processes
Good analytical and communication abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital or clinic intake roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
