Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Supply Reconciliation Specialist to manage inventory reconciliation and ensure accuracy of medical supply records. In this role, you will compare data, resolve discrepancies, and support efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile medical supply inventory records with actual stock
Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes
Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation activities
Collaborate with supply chain and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with inventory and healthcare standards
Track reconciliation metrics and generate reports
Support inventory audits and quality assurance processes
Assist in improving reconciliation workflows
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, reconciliation, or healthcare logistics roles
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Basic understanding of inventory control processes
Good problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work with data and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare supply chain or inventory roles
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of medical supply handling and compliance
Understanding of reconciliation and audit processes
Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
