Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Inventory Control Auditor to oversee auditing of medical inventory and supply records. In this role, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Audit medical inventory records and stock levels
Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective actions
Maintain audit documentation and reports
Collaborate with supply chain and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with inventory and safety standards
Track audit metrics and generate performance reports
Support inventory control and monitoring processes
Assist in improving audit workflows
Coordinate with vendors and supply teams
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inventory auditing, logistics, or healthcare support roles
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Basic understanding of inventory control processes
Good problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work with data and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare supply chain or audit roles
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of medical supply handling and compliance
Understanding of audit and compliance frameworks
Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
