Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to support physical therapy and rehabilitation services. In this role, you will assist therapists, help patients with recovery activities, and ensure effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists during rehabilitation sessions
Support patients with mobility and daily living activities
Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
Monitor patient progress and report observations
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions
Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care
Ensure compliance with safety and rehabilitation protocols
Assist in scheduling and patient coordination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
Support overall rehabilitation operations

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Physical Therapy, or related field
0–2 years of experience in rehabilitation or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of physical therapy practices
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in clinical environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in rehabilitation centers or therapy clinics
Familiarity with therapy equipment and techniques
Knowledge of patient mobility and recovery processes
Understanding of healthcare compliance and safety standards
Certification in rehabilitation or therapy assistance (preferred)
