Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support clinical intake verification processes. In this role, you will review patient information, validate documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
Verify clinical intake records for accuracy and completeness
Validate patient information and supporting documentation
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections
Maintain verification logs and compliance reports
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
Track verification metrics and generate reports
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Improve intake verification workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical intake, verification, or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation processes
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in structured environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospital or clinic intake roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA)
