Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support application monitoring systems and performance management. In this role, you will track system health, analyze alerts, and ensure smooth application operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor application systems and performance metrics
Analyze logs, alerts, and system data to identify issues
Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with development and operations teams
Maintain documentation of monitoring processes
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Support monitoring tools and configurations
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Assist in performance tuning and optimization
Improve monitoring workflows and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in application monitoring, IT support, or software operations roles
Basic understanding of monitoring tools and logging systems
Familiarity with operating systems and applications
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of incident management processes
Exposure to DevOps practices
