Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to support pediatric recovery care services. In this role, you will monitor patient recovery, administer treatments, and ensure a safe and supportive healing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to pediatric recovery patients
Monitor vital signs and recovery progress
Administer medications and post-treatment care
Assess patient condition and report any changes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare teams
Educate families on post-care instructions
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards
Respond promptly to clinical changes or emergencies
Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
1–3 years of experience in pediatric or clinical nursing roles
Valid RN license to practice in Florida
Strong knowledge of pediatric recovery care practices
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in clinical environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pediatric recovery or post-operative care units
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong patient monitoring and assessment skills
Commitment to child-centered care
