Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support cloud resource monitoring and performance optimization. In this role, you will track resource utilization, analyze performance metrics, and help improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor cloud resource utilization and system performance
Analyze usage trends and identify optimization opportunities
Support cloud monitoring tools and dashboards
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation of monitoring processes
Ensure compliance with cloud security and governance standards
Troubleshoot performance-related issues
Track cost and usage metrics
Assist in automation of monitoring workflows
Improve cloud performance and efficiency processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or IT infrastructure roles
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of cloud monitoring concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Datadog
Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
