Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support IT systems access governance initiatives. In this role, you will monitor user access controls, review permissions, support compliance audits, and strengthen security governance processes across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and govern system access controls and user permissions
Review access rights, user roles, and policy compliance
Conduct periodic access audits and governance assessments
Identify security risks related to unauthorized or excessive access
Coordinate remediation efforts with IT and cybersecurity teams
Maintain documentation for governance and compliance processes
Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and workflows
Track governance metrics and generate compliance reports
Assist in policy enforcement and governance improvements
Strengthen overall organizational security posture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IAM, access governance, compliance, or IT security
Basic understanding of access governance frameworks and compliance standards
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, or CyberArk
Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO, or SOC compliance
Basic cybersecurity knowledge and governance best practices
Understanding of risk management and compliance controls
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, or related credentials
