Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Clinical Lab Technician to join our partner healthcare facility in Boise, Idaho. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory tests, analyze results, and support physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other body fluids
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
Analyze test results and ensure accuracy and reliability
Record and report findings to physicians and healthcare staff
Follow strict safety, quality control, and regulatory standards
Prepare samples and maintain proper documentation
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely diagnostics
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
Certification as a Clinical Lab Technician (preferred or required as per state regulations)
1–3 years of laboratory experience in a clinical or hospital setting
Strong understanding of lab procedures and safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Certification from organizations such as ASCP or equivalent
Experience with automated lab systems and diagnostic equipment
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
