Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Environment Analyst to support environment management and system stability. In this role, you will assist in maintaining development, testing, and production environments while ensuring smooth software operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support setup and maintenance of software environments
Monitor system performance and environment stability
Assist in troubleshooting environment-related issues
Collaborate with development and QA teams
Manage environment configurations and updates
Maintain documentation of environment setups
Support deployment and integration processes
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Track system performance metrics and logs
Assist in improving environment management processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in IT support, environment management, or software roles
Basic understanding of software environments and system configurations
Familiarity with operating systems and application setups
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with environment management tools
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of version control systems (Git)
Exposure to DevOps practices
