Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Performance Tester to evaluate application performance and system reliability. In this role, you will conduct performance tests, analyze results, and help optimize application efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute performance and load tests
Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks
Collaborate with development teams to improve application efficiency
Monitor system metrics during testing
Maintain documentation of test cases and results
Support automation of performance testing processes
Ensure applications meet performance benchmarks
Identify and report performance issues
Assist in tuning applications and systems
Support continuous improvement of testing strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software testing or performance testing roles
Basic understanding of performance testing concepts
Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Java)
Basic knowledge of system architecture and scalability
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
