Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Application Support Analyst to join our partner organization. In this role, you will provide technical support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation of software systems for end-users. This position is ideal for professionals interested in IT support, application maintenance, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications
Monitor application performance and identify issues or outages
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to resolve software defects
Maintain documentation for support procedures, issues, and resolutions
Assist with user training and onboarding for application systems
Participate in application upgrades, patches, and testing activities
Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams or vendors as needed
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT application support, helpdesk, or software troubleshooting
Proficiency with enterprise software and IT support tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Familiarity with database queries, system logs, and application monitoring tools
Knowledge of ITIL framework or IT service management practices
Exposure to software deployment and version control processes
