Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Dialysis Treatment Technician to support dialysis procedures and patient care. In this role, you will assist in administering treatments, monitor patient conditions, and ensure proper operation of dialysis equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and operate dialysis machines for treatment sessions
Monitor patients during dialysis and record vital signs
Assist in administering dialysis treatments
Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of equipment
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Respond to patient needs and report any complications
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care
Ensure compliance with healthcare safety and infection control standards
Assist in patient education regarding treatment processes
Support efficient dialysis center operations

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related field
0–2 years of experience in dialysis or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient care
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in dialysis centers or nephrology units
Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures
Knowledge of infection control practices
Certification as a Dialysis Technician (preferred)
Understanding of patient monitoring techniques
